Yes. Every song is written for your order from the story you give us. No templates, no name swaps. We produce songs and animation with professional creative software, and a real person checks every video before it's sent.

Four lengths: The Jingle (30 seconds, $30), The Single (60 seconds, $50), The Hit (90 seconds, $75) and The Encore (3 minutes, $99). 60 seconds fits about two verses and a chorus.

Pop, rap, country, jive and swing, rock, Motown and soul, R&B, musical theatre, 80s synth pop, Britpop and indie, gospel, acoustic ballad, EDM, reggae, lullaby, opera and big band. Each occasion suggests the styles that suit it best.

One clear photo of each face. Any phone photo is fine: good light, face visible, no sunglasses. Group photos work too if you tell us who is who. If a photo won't work we'll ask for another within a few hours.

Yes. Pick 'Send photos later' and we'll email you an upload link. The clock starts when the photos land.

Add a pronunciation note next to any name, for example 'Siobhan, say shiv AWN', and we'll get it right.

Your photos are only used to make your video. They're stored privately and deleted 90 days after delivery. We never use your photos or video in our marketing without asking first.

Standard is within 72 hours and free. Rush is within 24 hours for $15. Right Now is under 2 hours for $29, for when you forgot, and is sent as the final cut with no preview step. Delivery times start once we have your photos.

By email. You get a link to a private watch page where you can play it, download it and share it. You can also ask us to send it straight to them on a date you choose.

Yes. At checkout choose 'Send it to them directly', add their email and the date, and we'll deliver it that morning. We'll always email you a copy too.

Go to Track your order and enter your order number (it starts SAS) and your email. Or ask our chat, it can look it up for you.

With Standard and Rush you see a private preview first. Approve it, or tap any scene and tell us what to change. We remake just that scene, free, as many times as you like, plus one lyric or name change. Right Now is sent straight to you as the final cut, so there's no preview step, but if we get something wrong (a name, a face, a detail you gave us) we fix it free.

Yes, on Standard and Rush. We email you a private preview that only you can see. Once you approve it, we send you the final and, if you chose, send it to them. No reply in 3 days and we take that as a yes. Right Now skips the preview so it lands fast.
