How does sending to every guest work?
After checkout you get your own wedding dashboard. Upload your guest list (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or CSV) with whatever you have: names, emails, mobiles, addresses. Once you approve your song, press send. Each guest gets their own invite page with their name on it and replies in one tap.
What can guests tell us when they RSVP?
Yes or no, who in their household is coming, meal choice, dietary needs and a song request for the dance floor. You see every reply live on your dashboard and can download a list for your caterer.
What's the difference between the two printed cards?
One design for everyone puts your characters and the guest's name on the front. A personal card each puts that guest's own photo on the front instead. Both have a QR code inside that opens that guest's invite and RSVP page. You see a proof of every card before anything is printed.
Do you really post them to every guest?
Yes. We print each card, put it in an envelope, address it from your list and post it, stamps included. You don't lick a single envelope.
What if guests don't reply?
Press nudge on your dashboard and everyone who hasn't replied gets a friendly reminder. We also send two automatic reminders before your RSVP date.
Can I add guests later?
Yes. Add or remove guests on your dashboard any time before you send, and send to late additions after.
