Refund policy

Short version: love it, or we redo it. If we still can't get it right, you get your money back.

See it first (Standard and Rush)

We email you a private preview before anything is final. Approve it, or pick any scene and tell us what to change. We remake just that scene, free and as many times as you like, plus one lyric or name change per order.

Right Now orders

Right Now (under 2 hours) is sent straight to you as the final cut, with no preview step and no revisions. If we get something wrong, like a name, a face that doesn't match your photo, or a detail you gave us, we fix it free.

Free fixes

If something is off, a name, a face, a lyric, a date, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it free. Just reply to your delivery email or write to hello@unwrapasong.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Before we start: cancel before production begins and we refund you in full.
• After delivery: if we've tried to fix it and still can't get it right, we refund you in full.
• Late delivery: if you paid for Rush or Right Now and we miss that time, we refund the delivery upgrade automatically.
• Faulty video: if the file won't play or isn't what you ordered, we fix it or refund you. This is on top of your statutory rights.

What isn't covered

Because every Singer is made to order, we can't refund a delivered video that matches the brief because you've changed your mind, or because of details that were wrong in the story you gave us (we'll still help fix those for free within 7 days).

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
