What will the tribute be like?

A gentle, original song about their life, sung by animated characters of the family, made from your photos. No jokes unless you ask for a little gentle humour.

Can we show the person we've lost?

Yes, if you'd like to. Upload a photo and we'll create a dignified likeness. If you'd rather not, we can make a version with only the family singing to them.

We have a service date. Will it be ready?

Standard tributes are ready within 72 hours. If you need it sooner, choose 24 hour delivery and add the service date in the story. We'll prioritise it.

Can we play it at the service?

Yes. You'll get an MP4 download that plays on any screen. Add square and landscape versions if the venue has a projector or a TV.

What if something isn't right?

Tell us within 7 days and we'll gently fix it, free. A name, a date, a lyric. If we can't get it right, we'll refund you.

Are our photos private?

Yes. They're only used for this video, stored privately and deleted 90 days after delivery. We never use tribute videos in marketing.

What photos work best?

One clear photo of each face. Any phone photo is fine: good light, face visible, no sunglasses. Group photos work too if you tell us who is who. If a photo won't work we'll ask for another within a few hours.

How many people can be in it?

Up to 6 characters. Two are included in the price, each extra character is $9.

Can I add photos after I order?

Yes. Pick 'Send photos later' and we'll email you an upload link. The clock starts when the photos land.

Can you say their name right?

Add a pronunciation note next to any name, for example 'Siobhan, say shiv AWN', and we'll get it right.
